- Before Visiting -
First off, if you would visiting here to looking around the house, we would pick you up from the Geomam Station (AREX Airport Railroad) or Geomdan Sageori Station (Incheon Line 2). There are bus stops within 3 minutes on foot (about 100m) which you can take a direct bus to Hongdae, Seoul Station, and Gangnam, and there are also regular buses to the near Geomdan Sageori Station or Geolpobukbyeon Station 5 or 10 minutes intervals. Geomdan Sageori Station (Incheon Line 2) 3.5km: within 10 minutes by bus, Geolpobukbyeon Station (Gimpo Gold Line) 3.6km: about 20 minutes by bus.
It takes about 1 hour or so to central Seoul such as Hongdae and Myeongdong by public transportation. Even if you live in Seoul, you will need to use public transportation once or twice to get to other places. Assuming you travel to and from Seoul every day, the daily transportation cost will be 3,000 won for one way and 6,000 won for the round trip, and it is 240,000 won per month. Instead, living in Seoul is very expensive, but the living environment is narrow and poor conditions. When we considering these things, whether you will live in a complex, narrow, and tired Seoul, or whether you will choose a spacious and comfortable environment with an atmosphere like our home even if it takes a little time to use public transportation, the choice may vary depending on the everyone's personality and circumstances.
